The bttns can be registered on page my.bt.tn/register

There are two alternative methods to register, based on the shipping time of your bttn device:

- 2014 to early 2016: Code in email - we have emailed you an authentication code.

- Since early 2016: Code on sticker - the sticker on the bottom of your bttn has a 4-part "CODE".

Your method can be identified by looking at the sticker on the bottom of the device (see photos below).

- If your bttn requires "code in email" and you have not received such email from us, please contact us by creating a support ticket or by writing us at support@bt.tn. Please include your device ID in the message.
